Biologic therapy, also known as biologic infusion therapy or biologic medication, represents one of the most advanced forms of modern treatment. At California Infusion Centers, we specialize in administering FDA-approved biologic drugs through safe, comfortable IV infusions. These therapies are designed to target the underlying immune, genetic, or protein-based causes of chronic and complex diseases.
Our clinic provides a wide range of biologic therapies used to treat conditions like multiple sclerosis (MS), rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, thyroid eye disease, osteoporosis and more. Whether you’re looking to transition your infusion care or begin a new therapy, our licensed clinical team will work directly with your referring provider to ensure a seamless experience.
Our team offers fast scheduling and clear pricing for both insurance-covered and cash-pay services. Send us an email, give us a call or submit a callback request through our form and a member of our team will reach out promptly to confirm your consultation or next visit.

How Biologic Therapies Work to Treat Complex Conditions
Biologic medications are lab-engineered molecules, often derived from living cells, that are used to treat immune-mediated diseases and other chronic conditions. Unlike traditional drugs, biologics target specific components of the immune system, such as proteins, cytokines or cell receptors.
Most biologic infusion therapies are prescribed by specialists and delivered through intravenous (IV) administration over a period of 30 minutes to several hours, depending on the medication. Some can also be given via subcutaneous injection, although infusion therapy remains the most common and effective delivery method for moderate to severe disease states.
We support patients referred for biologic treatment across several therapeutic categories:
(e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, hidradenitis suppurativa, treated with medications like Skyrizi, Tremfya and Hytrulo)
(e.g., multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s-related infusions)
(e.g., bacterial infections requiring long-term antibiotic infusion therapy)
(e.g., gout, chronic fatigue syndromes, osteoporosis treated with Prolia)
(e.g., Herceptin for HER2+ breast cancer, Intralipid for nutritional support)
(e.g., Uplizna, Soliris, or Onpattro for rare neuromuscular or genetic conditions)
At California Infusion Centers, we offer a curated and clinically validated list of biologic medications. Here’s a sample of the biologics available by referral:
